練臂力 27April2018
從開始練瑜伽便常常練習這組動作:關於如何施力均衡而不偏重手力,因此而傷到關節,結果是肩膀和手臂累極疼痛,很多年的不知不覺之後,才在老師點化下理解箇中竅門,用對方法,才能產生正確有益的效果。

有時候由外而內做調整較易入手,尤其經過一輪嚴格的瑜伽 體位法#yogasana練習之後。
通常情況是,平常轉個不停念頭多多又或是被困惱事壓得透 不過氣的頭腦,此時已經由於高度關注身體鍛練而終於能夠 解下繃緊,沈靜下來,而從那瞬間的無動靜,驚鴻一瞥和平 安寧的內心。

表面上看得到的靜止狀態彷彿一切停頓,其實身體裏面是沒 有一刻滯留的全神灌注和暢流十的呼吸。
反之亦然,意思是,動態中包含了靜定,靜態中包含了動能 。
肩膀頭顱為支點,軀幹四肢離地,保持平衡是持續進行的努 力。
當然了,為此的預備動作也非常關鍵。
