分腿站弓步預示著機動性,行動力又不失穏健
整個身體的平衡感和力量的均衡分布,帶動呼吸深廣度,還可以由外而內調整心態,培養勇氣和信心

胸腔開闊

長時間坐下久了,全神灌注在用腦用眼,常常就會遺忘了身體,忽然身體感受,直到痠痛繃緊猛然來襲,令我們無法忽視。


除了下意識轉動肩頭、拉拉手臂......也可以利用呼吸幫幫忙。

兩手掌平放在臀部兩側撐上半身,但並非要站起來所以臀部仍然放在凳子上。
手往下壓時注意肩膀鎖骨,這動戶讓我感到鎖骨往外打開,也可拉一拉肩頭,感覺自己的肩如同一個優質木衣架子般均稱優雅。

胸腔開闊,比較容易隨呼吸而起伏,因而能吸深長一些,呼完全一點,節奏如海浪般高高低低浮浮沉沉,可有感到這一下一下分明的呼吸帶動,如同輕按摩的效果嘛?

不要被人打擾,享受來自內在的簡單喜悅。

With the help of our hands we can sit upright a little bit more, which bring about a feeling of internal length and space between each vertebrae. Collar bone slightly widen, please enjoy this gentle chest opening with head of the shoulder relaxing downward.

別忘了身體適時需要伸展let's open your heart in camel pose

上次在nitai老師的課上一連做了5次駱駝式,伸展身前同步強化背後,需求的體能和氧一次比一次多,可是同時也能感覺內在空間一次比一次寬廣,心一次比一次定靜放開,如果用語言表達就是...敢於放膽去挖掘看看。
念及不時會掉進想像中只剩腦袋,記得肉身呼喊,注意到就駱駝一下啦😝
