心思歸位!做站立前彎

每當頭腦有點混頓,需要集中,尋找精神和力量,便合上電腦走開來,用身體鍛鍊幫忙喚醒感官。腦袋裏的想象可以飄緲虛空古往今來,此刻想要踏實處事,讓身體的感覺幫我拉回現在。📌
Just when I'm feeling quite lack of energy for mental work, I get up and leave the computer, feel the coolness of the floor tiles, breath gently, arms reach up to lengthen the spine and side body, fold forward and savouring the inner space.
