怎樣看自己的瑜伽式子練習?找著內外平衡安穩時感覺鼓舞志氣高昂,但也有很多吃力苦撐的時候、負面、擔心、懷疑.....
愈來愈覺得及早醒悟我們這世界有好也有壞時,有可愛也有可惡,只願緊抓好想要的、踢開討厭的,我們也不見得快樂些,接納,掙扎會少些,心會定些。
How we view our yoga asana practice? Sometimes it feels like a glorious victory when we can feel balance from the inside out, but most of the time it's full of negativity, of doubt, of blaming, etc.
I'm becoming more aware of the fact that, in this world we are living, both the right - wrong, the good - bad, the love - hate, are the reality, we can't just take the good and kick the bad, as that won't make us happier, only by accepting and seeing them as they are, both here and there and everywhere, a sense of internal harmony like spring water from the fountain flow through us.
