踏實,紥根。

有天早上忽然想,一直以來,瑜伽式子練習給了我什麼。
且不談摡括的如身體健康呀、人更精神呀、身手靈活呀、迷茫時做深呼吸好等身心歸位合一呀諸如此類(這些標準答案,一直在口袋裡可隨時吹噓長談短文的喇)。

腦裡飄來這個,紥根,著地。
