{瑜伽磚-在家用}-1



聽聞瑜伽磚可幫助放鬆的幾位非瑜伽練習者友人,近日買了瑜伽磚回家試試。
Had heard about it's a therapeutic tool, friends bought yoga block home recently.

怎樣用?
How to use ?

當凳仔坐。
To sit on.

有咩好?
What's good?

這樣坐把髖關節微微前傾,坐骨端正擺穩,令脊椎自然地向上伸展,感覺能夠輕鬆不費力便能坐直,多多如此「英雄式」(即是跪坐如日本人的坐姿),自然鍛鍊腰背肌肉,不再「無腰力」,久之也有助撐起軀幹,腹部便不會軟弱無力。
In hero pose (Japanese seating posture) the body weight is evenly distributed while hips tilted forward a bit. It helps elongating the spine. Lower back muscles strengthened with practice, in time the front body eg abdominal muscles also got toned up.
