在瑜伽練習中的情緒

有沒有試過在瑜伽練習時,在某個姿勢(asana),強烈的情緒就突然湧現,不請自來,,,,,,
這篇文章就是談這個,為什麼會這樣呢?因為 ....


//瑜伽不僅僅是一種運動健身系統,而是精神體系,瑜伽姿勢的設計是為了影響我們的能量體(subtle body),為精神轉化作好準備。很多人為了健康或想健身而開始瑜伽練習,也有人聽說瑜伽有助放鬆,而其實瑜伽練習的最終目的是靈性發展。
身心連接 -- 在瑜伽語境裡,身、心和靈之間是分不開的。三者一合(聯合,正是"瑜伽"字面意思之一)存在。纏擾在頭腦中的事,也牽動到身體和精神,反之亦然。換包話說,我們在精神、情緒或思維層面的困擾,很可能反映在身體上。因此,當你全情投入於瑜伽身體層面的練習,(壓抑的)情緒問題便會顯現出來。

The Body-Mind Connection -- In yogic terms, however, there is no separation between mind, body, and spirit. The three exist as a union (one definition of the word yoga); what happens to the mind also happens to the body and spirit, and so on. In other words, if something is bothering you spiritually, emotionally, or mentally, it is likely to show up in your body. And as you work deeply with your body in yoga, emotional issues will likely come to the fore.//
