隨時伸展一下

Breathing, to deepen our awareness, bonus: physically feeling length from the inside out, emotionally enjoy a sense of relieve. 
當察覺自己坐在電腦前太久,起來,手臂拉向上,曲手肘觸及背部,例如臂胛骨(又稱雞翼骨😌),另一隻手按住手肘固定雙手位置,而且可作為調整伸展深度。吸一囗氣是給自己身心預備,順勢(亦即是自然而發的)呼氣,是靜,定,而且穩。
