身體是活在當下此刻



2018 March 16


Body lives in this moment, here and now. Mind wandering to past and future, rarely stay at present.I carelessly twisted my left pinkie toe, bruised and a bit painful.It turn out to be the best practice I’m working on, remember my Self. Through observing the body, without judging it.To remember I’m in this body at this moment, because every step I take, the discomfort from the foot brings me back to here and now.

身體是活在當下此刻,在這𥚃在現時。心思徘徊於過去和未來,很少留在目前。不小心扭傷了左腳尾趾,皮膚底下泛紅淤血,有點痛。這成了我正在努力學習的很好一課:記得自己,完整沒有分裂真實的我,通過單純觀察身體,但不介入判決。記住我現在身在這個時刻,我每走一步,腳上的不適都會讓我回到此時此刻此地。
