給我力量

連結與喚醒內在能量,清除障礙的手印,為練習者帶來勇氣和自信克服難關。
雙手放在胸腔前,左手掌心向外(拇指在下、小指在上),手指勾起,右手掌心向內,手指亦勾起來,然後十指扣上。
呼氣感覺身心放鬆,
吸氣是預備,
呼氣雙手用力往外拉,感受對抗力。
隨時可做。
或感覺似有若無、難形容、未明因由的無形壓力似乎在蘊釀,或有結聚上揚之勢,此手印有助將緊張放緩紓解。


arms lift to chest level, elbows bend, left palm facing outward(thumb near sternum, little finger near collarbone), fingers curl like claw
right palm facing inward, all ten fingers hook together, 
pull outward against each other on the exhale.
it can also help release tensions.
