比較起來,教課的時候專心致志不想別的更為重要,我習慣課後有時間便寫下感想,有時只是隨便數個字,有時也許靈感如泉湧般可以寫長篇文章,對我而言與其說這是供日後參考的教課紀錄(有時也會寫下教了些什麼具體內容),更像是帶著宣洩意味的「放下」儀式,標示著完成,告別這課,然後輕鬆的朝下一回努力。因為對我來說很重要的是先清空,才有新靈感浮現。

而其實難度更高之進階練習還在日常,
一言一行回應當下現狀,
非只因循舊時、慣性、喜惡,
對人對自己更有效有益,
只因開濶寬敞的心靈空間容量無限大。
